TECHNICAL DRAWINGS - STAGE TWO
It’s All in the Details
Once you have had your planning application granted, you may also need any of the following services.
- Structural Calculation This is compulsory if you are making any openings or taking out any walls or loft conversion and more. Full detailed report on beam, connections etc to be submitted to your local building control
- Building Regulations These are cross sections of the method of build and how they connect. Prices vary depending on the details you require. You may not require this if your build does not affect a man hole. Give us a call if you are unsure
- Build Over Agreements A build over agreement application is required to relocate a manhole. If you have a man hole in close vicinity to your development a build over will be necessary
- Party-wall Surveying This is to protect your neighbours property if your build damages theirs. You will probably need one if you are adjoined or are building anything within 3 meters of your neighbours property. This also applies to detached properties.
